TG, the promise of ObamaCare was that the previously uninsured would get affordable coverage. People who already have coverage theoretically should not be affected. Congress and the president obviously fall into the latter category, as they always had health care as a job benefit. Hence I don't get the notion that they are "exempted" from ObamaCare, other than the likelihood that they would not suffer the negative unintended consequences. Tenchusatsu
