Other tests available are PCA3 and 4K Score for elevated PSA

My PSA flew up from 3 to 12 within a few years. Had three needle biopsies and some kind of genetic test, all negative. Urologist is pretty sure it's just benign enlarged prostate. Taking Proscar, which shrank my prostate quite bit, and Flomax. PSA is down around 6 now, as expected with Proscar-reduced prostate size.

My needle biopsies were all "blind" except for the ultrasound guidance. If they want to do another one, I'll certainly bring up the MRI advice.
