Fine, do the math. To charge up four cars with that setup in eight hours, those solar panels need to provide 10 kW of power consistently.

You can't get that kind of consistent power over the course of eight hours. It'll start off at 5 kW, then ramp up to 10-12, then back down to 5 over the course of a workday. The average works out to maybe 8-9 kW, and like I said before, that only happens on a good day.

Now before you say, "Oh, that's good enough," remember that you claimed that you can charge an electric car on 100% renewable energy. Only if you don't use the car during "peak hours," and even then, it won't be charged up 100%.

What's the point in the context of maintaining your hypocritical lifestyle?
