i wonder what the tax assessment will be by the city on the corporate hdqrs.
i've got the back of an envelope here. Rate in the county is 1.25%, so let's say 3B for the property, that makes about $38M per year. The county keeps most of it, say 70%, so the city gets 30%. That roughly (very roughly) comes to about $11M a year for the city.

If the building/complex comes in at $5B, which I've seen bandied about, the revenue is a little over $18M per year.
