I basically took the SKM won price (reported in WSJ on Asia Stocks) divided that by the day's exchange rate and then divided by the ADR conversion ratio of 90 for SKM.

SKM was 445,000 on Saturday and US$/won was 1500. This gives about US$300 per SKM local share. 300/90 = $3.33. Either the local SKM price must double or the US ADR price must shrink. I think there is a big hype factor about South Korea.
