This implies that Intel (which due to price cuts, which was the context for your post anyway) will have a revenue shortfall, and the street thinks so.

Price cuts do not mean a shortfall, It could mean that Intel has reduced its costs, and various other factors such as price distribution, buying patterns etc..

Anyway, I am sure you will to no end defend yourself and keep posting, well go for it.
