Page 8 "general Arrangements for Licensing the Gas-to-Liquids Technology" The last sentence of the first paragraph states " Rentech expects that other prospective licensees will await completion of the Arunachal Pradesh plant in India and its successful operation before they commit to enter into licenses of the Technology or begin design work for constructing their own plants to use the Rentech Technology". The Arunachal Pradesh plant isn't scheduled to go online until sometime in 1999. Does this mean Texaco and others are taking a wait and see approach? No one seems to be doing that with Syntroleum and their technology. froland.
