Mike:

I was with a GI client yesterday. He is a provider and subscriber of Oxford. His premium anniversary is April. Last April, Oxford asked him to accept either and increase in premium or increase in deductible. He took higher deductible. BTW, family coverage was $608 monthly. I asked him if Oxford increased premiums by 10% what will he do? He said he will still renew the contract. Assuming the contracts come up for renewal evenly during the year, 10% increase on 1Billion quarterly premium is your 100MM. Oxford does not need regulator's approval for 10% increase. Someone posted an incorrect info that all accounts come for renewal in January.

Barring additional surprises from Wiggins Oxford appears to have made a temperory bottom here.
