That guy is NOT a climate scientist. He's never researched nor published in it. He's a nuclear physicist and worked for the chemical industry. That's just another armchair scientist weighing in with a collection of drivel nobody but RWE's are listening to.

Climate sensitivity much weaker than assumed

So far, CO2 has gone up by 40%, and temps have gone up 1.5 degrees C. If it's linear, that works out to 3.75 degrees, mid-range of predicted.
