I believe that WS is setting a fair market value for VSGN and Borland is getting sucked down to that level. There is still the uncertainty of whether Borl and Vsgn stockholders will approve the deal, so noone is willing to pay more for VSGN than it is worth today.

If we could get the vote behind us, we might see some appreciation.
