The Tories got a serious drubbing in the London mayoral election. And now there is the customary election defeat finger pointing exercises and blame to be apportioned. The Telegraph explains. It went from "almost certain" in the bag Tory win to crushing defeat in just a few months. Most people in London are non white and it been that way for many decades.
