Flex, you have to tip your hat to Denner, for this well considered move which provides much needed income for the company while preserving the ability of an acquiring company to buy back the rights to Iclusig in Europe. Once again Denner engineers the right move at the right time. Instead of just giving lip service to building shareholder value, Denner actually gets it done.
