Not concerned for outlook in '98. Read Kevin's post (931) for confirmation. This is a great industry w/ no signs of slowing down in the next few years. No worries on Asian exposure as MTI has none. I believe the office in China is a small sales office only. I have 1/3 of my investment money in MTIC.

The NASDAQ listing has been a major sticky point with me for some time now. In my conversations with IR and other posters here, it was contended that the end of October, 1997 should have seen the relisting with NASDAQ. Needless to say, we are way past that. Someone here, I can't recall specifically who, last spoke with Frank Yoshino of the IR dept. back in December and Frank said that MTIC was answering all of the inquiries made by the folks at NASDAQ, but no word yet on listing. He further stated he knew of no reason the company would be denied listing. I not aware of any new or further info on this subject. Frank and his staff are always friendly and quick to return calls. Maybe it's time to check back with IR on this subject.
