Regarding your questions about the SEC investigation, you're right.. one would have to work for the SEC to have any indication of the status of an investigation. They do not halt stocks without very good reasons, it is my impression that they can only halt them for a 10 day period, but that can be extended if the situation warrants it.

I see no rationale for thinking the stock would open at $3.00...$.30 would be more like it IMO. The company itself would be aware of certain areas of concern, but they may not know all the angles. The penalties are also undertiminable, they range from a censure to jail time for criminal charges. As you can imagine, if they do open for trading, they would indeed be under the microscope. I have seen stocks halted, open up and be halted again. Puhrty made us aware of the investigation in late Oct... as you can see they have been investigating for some time now.

Pugs and Riley will probably continue to attack the messengers and refrain from placing the blame where it belongs. I have decided to take hiatus from posting,the thread has become a vicious personal battleground.
