Interesting link. Didn't sit through the whole thing just now, I may revisit when I have the time.

Credit/Debt issues are always interesting discussions. Used properly, taking on debt can be an instrumental force in improving one's environment. When growth is just coming into existence and beginning to display signs of future potential, taking on the necessary debt to fuel this growth is ideal, as long as all the different components are understood and accounted for. A proper rate and repayment schedule being the most obvious factors.



Debt in and of itself is not necessarily a negative.
