If you want to know what makes Fascism what it is, it is the central planning of key economic elements, as well as public ownership of selected key resources. Nonsense. The first is communism and the second is socialism. Neither of which is central to fascism. Commanding companies to support the war effort, which is a fascist trait, is not the same as central planning. Central planning is all about production targets and rationing resources across the whole economy. Like I said, you don't understand any of these.
