BK, RG-- Re. DRAM sales %'s. Bob's 15% DRAM market figure is based on dollar volume, not unit volume. The unit volume percentage for DRAMs is no doubt much higher due to the low average selling price per DRAM chip versus say a logic chip. In theory this helps explain why DRAMs comprise 40% of equipment demand, since higher unit volumes require more manufacturing equipment.

That is a different statistic. Where does it come from and how is it calculated?
