While not all Muslims are terrorists, all terrorists are Muslim. It only makes good sense to restrict their entering this country until a proper vetting process is in place.
Most terrorists are indeed Muslim, but only a small percentage of Muslims are terrorists.

I would rather see the proper vetting process or a firm commitment to developing said process before I agree to a blanket restriction on all Muslims entering the country. Instead, I see nothing but vague rhetoric.

That's a surefire way to erode rights. Once the precedent is set, future leaders can turn that power around on the rest of us. For our "safety," of course.
So, how is that not profiling?
Cute, but I'm going to "profile" politicians who rise to the top using the power of their celebrity status over the substance of their record and their policies.
