Thanks Aprilov. Shows that Pascoe is putting in effort to solve the Sandoz issue (whatever it is). Further, the consolidation statement is consistent with Pascoe's statement with regard to Ferring.

Speaking of consolidation, I am sure many of us remain perplexed as to why Damaj initially decided to divide up the EU among so many partners. My suspicion was always that Damaj was afraid that a partner with too big a territory would decide to buy out his baby, Apricus. The result IMO was that no partner (Takeda specifically) initially had a big enough territory to justify mounting and maintaining a significant marketing campaign with a large enough market to generate reasonable revenues. Oh well. I think the Ferring move is a good one, despite that fact that I had never heard of Ferring before the Latin America license.

Thanks again for following up, Aprilov.
