Eric, Mark is'nt the name i hear, it's Paul, Ron, Timothy. Did'nt they try this a long time past? My understanding is that they had claims to an adjoining property, but you know the saying, what goes around comes around! It sure pays having friends in high governmental places. I believe these clowns are history. So much for Red River Mining or whatever they called it. Doug
