Glen, This may be of interest to you: (From Heard on the Street column in the WSJ)

Among his picks were five technology stocks that remain well off their peak prices, including Sun Microsystems, down 25.1%, Intel, off 29.2%, and Applied Materials, down a severe 45.3%. Mr. Acampora also put two energy stocks on his list: Smith International, down 32.4% and EVI Inc., off 30.4%. "These aren't necessarily [long-term] investments. But the selling pressure will be eliminated and you'll get a knee-jerk reaction," Mr. Acampora says.

He didn't mention FGII.... :(
