Not really. If you have looked at the various mis-attributions there are out there, this fits in with the pattern. Not only that, it wasn't connected to Hitler until 1976. No one else had done this earlier, despite it being quite noteworthy. For one, it is extremely unlikely that someone like Hitler would quote someone else, word for word. For another, Gregor was an avowed socialist, I identified him as a Marxist which is wrong, something Hitler wasn't. In fact, he and Hitler and Goebbels over this issue. It was one of the factors that got him purged in The Night of the Long Knives. You only believe it because it supports your distorted world view. It is popular amongst wing nuts because they desperately want to disavow Hitler and try to pin him on the Left. While it would be quite easy to disavow him, he wasn't a political ideologue, he also wasn't a product of the Left. He hated the Left and blamed them for most of Germany's problems. Gregor Strasser was the original source of the quote. That is beyond dispute. There is no proof, other than that lone book from the mid-1970s that Hitler ever said anything like it. Granted, you seem to have a taste for fringe sources and cranks that support your world view, but that doesn't mean it is real. So yeah, it might be possible that Hitler said something like that. It is also possible I might win the lottery. Given the very sketchy basis for this claim, it is much more likely it is one of those mis-attributions that the Right is so enamored of. Reality just isn't your thing.
