If water falls as rain, instead of as snow which melts later on, it helps raise levels early in the year. If I was gonna attribute these levels to anything, I'd go with El Nino.

BUT......BUT........BUT.......this has been going on for 3 years now. Does a Black Hole swallow the rain and send it back in time 3 years to make your asinine theories work for people without brains?

NOPE............NOBODY can make up this kind of crap...............NOBODY...............
