Abby has certainly been right for many times, but she is not a god. At the end of 1996, when Nightly Business News asked her what tech stocks she would pick for 1997, she said she would pick SGI, since it has been a lagger and should do well in 1997. SGI was at 25-26 at the end of 1996, and is now at 11 at the end of 1997. Dell has not been a lagger before the end of 1996, but has come to 86 at the end of 1997 from the 24 at the end of 1996.... ************
