Those articles remind me of all who think Tesla will someday be worth its current price... as if Musk won't start a new company with any new ideas...

Anyway... There are still some major open gaps below the current Apple price. I got my head chewed off when I wrote this four years ago.
Apple's Valuation Is Good, ($600B market cap) But Are The Assumptions Correct?Apr. 12, 2012 117 Comments
NOW I am starting to consider shares for purchase.

To me it is a race between crashing margins for a commodity product (iPhones) and monetizing the very sticky users of the iPhone who love Apple and anything Apple does with recurring revenue streams for things they use the phones for.

So far, they've used the cash generated in the US plus loans with foreign cash as collateral of sorts (to get low rates and high credit rating) to buy back shares and pay dividends such that the 25% decline in market cap hasn't led to shareholders who reinvest dividends losing money.
