May 12, 2016 by Aleister 6 Comments An environmental activist took his dedication to a whole new level recently by marrying a 1,000 year old tree in Mexico. This probably makes sense to progressives. FOX News Latino reports: Environmentalist gets ‘married’ to 1,000-year-old cypress tree in Mexico Peruvian activist and actor Richard Torres contracted matrimony with Mexico’s famous 1,000-year-old Arbol del Tule, or Tule Tree, in an Inca ceremony replete with incense, grains and conch shells. The ritual began Sunday around 11:30 a.m. in the presence of dozens of environmentalists and inhabitants of the Oaxaca town of Santa María del Tule, most of whom had no idea why the man was kissing and “marrying” the tree, a type of cypress whose trunk, at nearly 140 feet around, has the largest diameter in the world. The wedding was part of the “Marry a tree, save your oxygen” project, whose mission is to stop deforestation around the world, and has already been initiated in Peru, Colombia and Argentina. “Stop the hand that cuts down trees. I condemn this genocide and ask the president of Mexico to halt the destruction,” the environmentalist said during the ceremony. Caitlyn Jenner’s Thinking About Becoming A Man Again Still attracted to women, wants to meet the right one. by Jeff Dunetz \| May 12, 2016 \| Culture Wow, talk about not making up your mind. After spending much of the past few years transitioning from a man to a women, Caitlyn Jenner is now thinking about becoming Bruce again, at least that’s what Ian Halperin the author of a new book about the Kardashian family told TheWrap. Halperin, the author of “Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America’s Royal Family,” said that, during his interviews to research the book multiple sources told him that the former Olympic Gold Medalist had been miserable for months and has considered transitioning back to a man. “One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret,’ hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” Halperin said. Halperin said that one long-time friend told him that, while Jenner was “thrilled” to champion transgender issues, the reality TV personality could de-transition “in the next couple years.” “It hasn’t been easy for Caitlyn, it’s been very hard,” the friend said, according to Halperin. “She’s thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there’s a chance she’ll de-transition in the next couple years. I don’t think it would surprise anybody in her inner circle. It has been much harder than she anticipated. My heart goes out to her and I know her true friends will be there to support her on whatever path she chooses.” All this after Caitlyn gave much of the male world nightmares announcing she would appear nude (but covered by Old Glory) on the cover of Sports Illustrated. The author says that multiple Kardashian family connections say the reason Caitlyn may revert back to Bruce is that she is still attracted to women. “She’s still into women and wants to meet the right one,” Halperin recalled one friend saying. Based on his research, Halperin believes that Jenner will de-transition in the next couple of years, telling the public how difficult the transition was, but noting that she was happy to help raise awareness about transgender right. In his book about the Kardashians,Ian Halperin revealed that Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris Jenner, knew about his desire to transition to a woman, and “forced him into religious conversion therapy, and attempted to get him to attend church in an effort to save their marriage.” While Caitlyn Jenner has taken hormones and has done facial surgery to look more like a woman, she has not had the surgery to change his male parts into lady parts. Of course this all brings up some important questions. For example if he transitions back which bathroom will he use? Even more important at least to golfers, when he hits the links does he use the male blue or white tees, or does he use the red/ lady’s tees which are closer to the hole than the male ones? Maybe that’s the reason for his transition to being a woman and now transitioning back. His first change was so he could use the red tees, but now that his golf game hasn’t improve he figures he should go back to the men’s tees (any golfer would understand). Finally if he decides to switch back can America be spared the horror of a naked Caitlyn/Bruce on the cover of Sport Illustrated?
