Sure thing. The Backblaze stats were/are the first comprehensive real world testing results I'd seen for hard drives from different manufacturers. Before that I had to rely on anecdotal evidence of hard drive reliability.

My own personal experience with Seagate drives is similar to the data found by Backblaze. I had two brand new drives fail within two years of installing them. On the opposite side of the spectrum, I have several HGST drives that have run 24/7 for years with nary an issue. I only buy HGST drives now since they also use many design patents (originally developed by IBM) that add to hard drive reliability.
