Nadine,

Are we wrong to focus on Obama the individual? Is he not rather the figurehead of a body of thought that is opposite to ours? In that roll of figurehead he has put a velvet glove of respectability on destruction. When he speaks it all sounds so good. He all seems so "caring". IMO this velvet image on a powerful force for ruin has enabled the loony left to accomplish much that otherwise would not have been possible.

For instance - what do you think would be the reaction if O came out like Hillary or Crazy Bernie in blatant opposition to fracking? What would happen to his popularity if he actively campaigned for $5 gasoline or $10 natural gas. The velvet approach is gradual and sneaky - versus the sledge hammer idiocy we see from Hillary and Bernie.

O has been a very successful president - if one wanted the structural rot he has wrought - rot so many want.

Bob
