Wow! 26 mil sh...more than my highest estimate. I truly thought they were limited to 25 mil. They must have increased it when we weren't looking since so few shares used to be outstanding...they could have voted in anything.

On the bright side, only 1.5 more days of tax loss selling left. I might finally buy some again when it finishes falling. Even with 26 mil sh, this company is now valued under 2 million! That is a good price for the shell alone!

Oh yeah, BB stocks only have to file of their own free will for now. If the new regulations pass, all electronically traded BB will have to file or be booted.

Looks as if they are getting in a last stab at tax selling today. It's only noon and the volume is already around a qtr. mil., and that one guy is still selling 100 shares at .07. At this low price maybe UMSI can afford to buy back a bunch of shares. I did a little looking on EDGAR. The late filing period for the 10k is 90 days. I couldn't find anything on late filing a 10Q.
