No, I haven't, within the past few years I m very reluctant to try anything processed no matter what it promises or what it says... if it's made in a factory I simply avoid it or try to avoid it, the less processed the better... I prefer having only things that that have grown, e.g., flora and fauna only, and preferably only organically and free range... I believe the food manufacturing business in our country has designed their products for longer shelf life in order to deliver their products a greater distance without rotting, they've done this by removing the fiber and the nutrients and replacing them with fructose and feeding the livestock with genetically modified organisms, good for the food companies and Monsanto (better living through chemistry, so they say) but it's no longer anything fit for human consumption... as soon as I abandoned those contaminated foods and made the switch to real and unprocessed foods, all the excess weight just fell off me in a hurry - - and my asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol all rapidly disappeared, gone...
