That's very interesting, since such a practice is illegal. Can you provide some evidence to back up such a claim? I think the SEC would love to hear from you, as the FBI has in the past.

Looks like a buy to me too, I have been out of SNDK for sometime, but when the chart says this has bottomed as long as this storage giant seems to be able to pay such a high dividend and still grow I like this compared to a money market fund.
