Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought when a limit sale order comes in below the highest bid, the sale goes through at the bid price. So the guy may have had a lot of stock that he wanted to get at least 51 3/8 on to raise cash for something else. If he used a stop sale order at that level he would end up with less cash and not know when the sale would occur, if ever.

They are simply out of sequence reports. Normally trades cannot be done away from the current bid ask.
