Norman,

IMHO you're correct, at the moment the weaker hands have been shaken out. All of the fundamentals are in our favor. I know that this may be old news, but TPRO still has the technology, the business plan, capable management in for the long haul, thousands of CDs in the field, allied subcontractors beating the bush, and look at that big '1998' staring at us in only a few days. Companies need to act now. '98 budgets will have allocated funds to support the TPRO fix. We don't need the whole bottle, TPRO can skim the cream from the top. No more Marshall Hymans. All in all, I believe that this little hummer is in great shape. Contracts have been in negotiations for months. Announcements will flow. Cash will follow. Overhead burn is small. NOI will swell. Positive earnings swing will be noticed by a skeptical market. Cash talks. We're on the way. Hold the course.

Best to all,

Roger Davidson
