A new name for Bishop is Sandisk, a maker of flash-memory data storage
products. "Sandisk will be the beneficiary of strong growth in portable
electronic products. The increasing use of cell phones, digital cameras, etc.
all will be working in Sandisk's favor.

Bishop says the company's forward price-earning ratio is just 21 based on
1998 earnings. The stock, at about 20, is down from 39 1/4 in October
"and now rests on a support level at 19 1/4," he says.

Dear Jerome,

I think I owe you an appology. See my posts a few days ago.

SMOD CEO has just been on CNBC and he always makes a good impression.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the company. The "Aspen" effect is certainly with us and my view is that a bear or two latched on to the stock and squeezed it hard. I think I've seen this before but this looks like it was a fairly dramatic version of it.
