Interesting. And are you in agreement with Hillary or the facts when it comes to her private email server?
I would hardly call jake Tapper "right wing".

CNN’s Jake Tapper Just Fact-Checked Hillary Clinton’s Email Claims — Here’s the REAL Truth…

BY MIKE MILLER (1 DAY AGO) | ELECTIONS

SHARE TWEET EMAIL

From the moment the story broke that Hillary Clinton used a personal email account and private server while Secretary of State, she has steadfastly claimed that she did nothing wrong and was permitted to do.

But was she? And if so, who gave her the permission?

CNN’s Jake Tapper teamed up with FactCheck.org to find out. And then some. First, her insistence that she was “absolutely permitted” to use a private server. According to Tapper, not true:

“Was Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server for official business while she was Secretary of State ‘absolutely permitted?’ No, that’s not true.”

Clinton’s claim appears to be based on doublespeak. Tapper explained that she was only “permitted” to use the private server because she permitted herself to do so. Technically, “there was no one absolutely prohibiting her,” but no one “‘signed off” on her using it, either, he said.

Tapper said that while federal regulation did allow Clinton to send and receive emails outside of the State Department system, she did not comply with the mandatory requirement to preserve those emails when she left:

“Clinton did not provide the State Department with the emails from her private server until 21 months after she left office.”

He also noted that a federal judge ruled she “failed to follow government policy on preserving federal records.”

As for Clinton’s various claims of innocence, Tapper borrowed a line from the late U.S. Senator, Daniel Patrick Moynihan:

“You’re perfectly entitled to your own opinions, not your own facts.”

Several of Clinton’s former aides, including long-time confidants Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin have been questioned by the FBI, with Clinton herself expected to be questioned in the coming weeks.
