Dave, As has been said before -- you ain't no rookie. Ever own EXSO? THat was the ultimate lesson in how these particular financing instruments can screw a company and every one of its shareholders. That one ended up getting knocked off the Nasdaq and sent down here to BB land. I was lucky enough to have watched that one on the sidelines -- Zacks had a damn buy rating on it too! Eric
