He's a bit stronger about the certainty and the likely severity of global warming going forward. Also I think that he overestimates the extent other problems can be resolved, maybe you can get 10 or 20% of the malaria reduction or AIDS prevention for 10 or 20% of the cost he mentions, but changing people's behavior is an important part of reducing the spread of disease (even diseases like malaria, for example people have to consistently use the mosquito nets, much more with diseases like aids) and its hard to change behavior.

Still I think he does a good job of laying out priorities, and also explaining why its important to focus limited resources on areas where you can get the most bang for the buck.
