Jay, I know how to get the NASDAQ listing and make the stock appreciate for sure. I'll sell my non-IRA stake to take the small tax loss for '97 tax purposes. Immediately upon this happening, NASDAQ will grant the relisting and jolt the stock $3. Then, the January effect will take hold and push the stock another 10%. Meanwhile, I'll be on the sidelines tapping my feet waiting for the thirty days necessary for the wash sale rules to lapse before I can buy again. It's in the bag! One problem, I won't sell. May even dabble more on this weakness as we discussed yesterday.

Don't misunderstand me regarding the weakness. I not in this stock for a day trade. But I think it is difficult to ignore the obvious when virtually every tech stock is rallying, yet MTIC is at best sitting still. Posting such things helps me inquire of others just like yourself who have been here a long time and are keeping close tabs on the company. I must say I find the weakness over the past few weeks disturbing when even BXH is finally showing some life. There is no reasonable justification for the pullback from $14 to mid $12 unless the market views MTIC as overvalued. This is unlikely given no bad news, no Asian flu, cheap disk drive prices, and continued strong demand for mass storage due to conversions and Y2K problems. I'm just being a worry wart.
