VIP,
You make it sound like dram pricing collaps was a result of the management turmoil at MU. The stock ran up on hype and unrelaistic assumptions about the future of their industry and products. But growth is still huge, put that does not gurantee profitabality.

Is it possible that the Management turmoil at MU was because some one IE the CEO, I forget his name at the time, perhaps saw something that the rest of MGT did not want to look at.
Managements generally don't have problems untill problems start to show up.

If I am right on DELL, you will probably see a management shakeup there, All in good time.

In 1993, Many questioned the management capabality of Michael DELL. at this point he has proven them wrong. IF I am right, his capacity may be questioned again.
