Calvin, I really don't know when that would occure. I would expect it would have to be soon or at least before MSFT or others in the 12/19 purchase could sell. However, This is sure guessing on my part, I have no insider news/info. just go off of what I read. suppore we will just have to wait and see.

Geez, I wish you guys could be less negative about Digital Sound. I saw the news with Microsoft on Monday evening, checked the company, found they have some very interesting technology (could be a Worlcom - Premiere Technology (PTEK) killer), but then I went to this SI thread and everybody sounded so negative. On Tuesday morning, I checked the stock, it jumped to 1 1/8 at opening and seemed to get stuck there, so I decided not to buy. On Wednesday, I didn't bother to check the stock during trading hours. It was after trading hours that I found it jumped 44% in one day! It's all my fault, but I could have bought the stock on Tuesday if you guys could help me by being not so negative. Check Premiere Technology (PTEK). I think Digital Sound is offering the same technology for unifying voice/fax/e-mail, etc. DGSD is worth 34 million while PTEK is worth 894 million. Microsoft could buy it with spare change.

How about if I check the concensus again. Does anyone on this thread still think DGSD is a buy at this price? Any negative thought about this company? I was only joking blaming your guys for my shortsight, so please don't take it seriously.

Do I read it correctly: 20M debenture that can be converted to stocks at 0.75/share will add 26.6M shares to the outstanding for a total of 47 million shares. Ouch, that doesn't look very attractive anymore.

Mike.
