15 Mbps which I just downgraded to in exchange for unlimited usage. Didn't notice any performance difference to the 25 Mbps I had before and I'm a fairly heavy Netflix user since I told my cable company to take a hike.

I use Comcast in the San Francisco Bay area. My desktop uses ethernet to my cable modem. It recorded 120Mbps. My laptop, connected to my TV in another room and used for Netflix, connects via WiFi to my Cable modem, and can connect at either 2.4GHz or 5.0GHz. When connected at 2.4GHz, it recorded 70Mbps. When connected at 5.0GHz, it recorded 94Mbps. All of these numbers were higher than I'd expected. Both computers are oldish: Desktop (HP) purchased August 2010, laptop (Toshiba) purchased January 2011. Both computers upgraded to Win 10 last fall. LRB
