As I indicated, I have no idea WHAT you posted. As to what is "cheaper" you really have to establish a metric before you can determine that. If you can't see, up front, that you can't compare Medicare costs in dollars with private plans in dollars, then there is no sense in having this conversation. If you do wish to have the conversation I'll have it but you're going to have to stipulate up front on what basis you want to compare costs. Just as a hint to you, Medicare admits to losing $60 Billion/year to waste fraud and abuse. Most people think the real number is at least twice that. I can guarantee you that insurance companies are not losing 4 or 5 times their combined profits to waste fraud and abuse.
