It’s Now A $250,000 Fine In NYC For Not Using ‘Proper’ Transgender Pronouns 8 downtrend

This is unreal. In New York City a person can be fined up to a quarter of a million dollars for calling a tranny by an improper pronoun. It’s not just that you can’t call a he/she a he or a she/he a she, there’s a whole list of crazy-ass pronouns for trannies that I bet most people have never even heard of that must be used.

The Christian Science Monitor reports:

New York City issued new guidelines for employers and landlords on the correct pronoun usage for transgender men and transgender women. Violating the guidelines intentionally or repeatedly could result in a fine as large as $250,000, especially if doing so appears to be malicious. The guidelines say that to avoid the fine, transgender people must be asked what their preferred pronoun is.

“Guidelines” don’t come with $250,000 fines for not following them; this is a law with excessive penalties. And it appears to be a loosely defined law that gives the fascists who enforce it a tremendous amount of leeway to interpret what is intentional and malicious.

For those of you in NYC and anyone who just wants a laugh, here are the proper tranny pronouns to use:

The guidelines require anyone who provides jobs or housing to use the transgender person’s preferred pronoun, such as “ze,” “hir,” “they,” them,” “he,” “she,” “him,” or “her.” “Ze” is the third person singular, used in place of either “he” or “she,” while “hir” is third person possessive, used to replace “his” or “her.” Pronouns like “ze” or “hir” represent a break from traditional male- or female-only roles.

I don’t give a shit how much punishment is at stake, I will never use any of those ridiculous words to describe a person pretending to be a different gender that he or she actually is.

Just to show you how silly and confusing this is, here’s someone from the NYC government saying a really dumb thing:

“Gender expression may not be distinctively male or female and may not conform to traditional gender-based stereotypes to specific gender identities,” said a city official.

This must be some of that liberal science I’ve heard so much about. This person just said that gender is not related to being male or female. Those are literally the only two things that gender is related to. It has no other meaning.

As it turns out this tranny pronoun “guideline” is part of a massive NYC city law that basically forces everyone to treat gender-bender freaks like they are normal people. Do yourself a favor and check it out here.

Some of the funnier mandates ban businesses from having dress codes that violate a tranny’s fashion sense. They also can’t stop men from wearing make-up and jewelry at work. Of course trannies get to use the bathrooms and changing rooms of their choice.

There are also strict rules against “gender stereotyping.” A fancy restaurant cannot require that men wear suits and ties. Drug treatment facilities cannot stop men from wearing wigs and high heels. This thing is absolutely crazy.

Forcing people to accept this bizarre lifestyle is not going to endear the transgender community to normal society; it’s going to cause resentment. Just imagine the first time someone gets fined $250,000 for not calling a tranny “ze.” Especially in a shithole like NYC where violent crime is unchecked and goes unpunished.
