Wimbledon Champions Park subdivision in the Cypresswood area...

I know where that is. A new neighborhood built close to Cypress Creek. I've been watching them build houses for years in places that I've seen flood before and I've only lived here 17 years. What did they expect to happen?

Five years ago the same "expert" claimed Texas had the worst single-year drought in history.

And that july 2011 was the "warmest month in history". (Is one year a drought)

And now, the rainfalls are the hardest in history.

Does he EVER come up with, "It was the 2nd worst in history?" I don't think so.
