Wayne, Is there really any need for a reverse split?

Candidly, I don't recall much mention of it here, but
if so, it's in the collection of concerned remarks:

Message 3036378
and the follow up conclusion:
Message 3036398

I think reverse split is an idle tool, serving
no purpose for CVIA, I could be wrong, but if not;
as Jack Arnold's interest is in harmony with those on this thread,
he will avoid the need for using it.

To all readers: - If I am wrong:
Can anyone give reference to any documented statements
of why reverse split might be considered necessary,
or if perhaps Jack has mentioned the possibility himself?
or if it might be part of coming NASDAQ BB requirements?

Sometimes reverse split works exactly the way it's
supposed to, but "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!
I agree with you, Wayne.

One more day till the party. - & I guarantee you !!
(I'll be asleep)

Happy New Year!

And, Hey Everybody! - - How about that Wayne!
