I think MRBIGAIR was referring to the new NASDAQ rule...

Which will become effective soon requiring companies that are listed on the OTC BB: to be fully reporting to the SEC...In other words NorAm will continue to be listed as a OTC BB stock...

But you are right the NASDAQ or AMEX is the next stop for NorAm..

MUSYA yes they are already listed. The next step is either the American or the Nasdaq .If the company levels off at $3.00 dollars and
things dont look like they will move right away . Noram intends to side step immediately to the AMEX / . Although Noram hopes to blow right by that listing and go straight to the Nasdaq . I m sorry if i didnt articulate my point very clearly . I was just trying to say that NorAm will remain on the OTC when the new law comes into effect and many many other companies are going to be blemeshed with a de- listing . Noram will be in the Cream of the OTC he he...
