TLC--I wondered if it tasted like Manatee. Manatee is tender and somewhat like beef. I have actually had it. A friend of mine works for marine reseach at a university. They had a project that was disecting the carcasses of dead manatees found floating around. Every now and then they would get one still bleeding from the propellor wounds of a motor boat. So they threw a 'Endangered Species Barbeque'. It was an honor and a rare priviledge to scarf down on such a rare creature. All the Best Druss
