in the cc, didnt RADAF have some remaining written-down inventory
that they planned to show in Q1?
Also, given the gradual shift to less OEM work, I would expect that
the OEM % would be less than in 1Q '97. I think that the expenses
associated with the new plant will be roughly offset (w/in a few cents) by the income from cash and short-term receivables. I am
still looking at comparing 4Q with activity reduced by ~15% and
margins reduced by 10% (from the 60% level). These
assumptions still gives earnings
in the $.55-$.60 range.
Any idea whether G&A
will change dramatically?
