Just wondering but don't the transaction fee need to be divided with the big guys(GTE, AT&T....) or is the amount listed their cut?

John

For all the debate about USWDA being promoted by Leviakis Associates - regardless of whether investors think it is necessary, the fact is that Leviakis is important to the awareness of the investment community. Being that as it is, they will be back from a holiday break next week and we should see the effects of their phone calls to investment advisers and brokers. I think that their recent absense has been part of the cause of the lower trading volumes and lower sotck price.

1998 should be a great year for USWDA with many new deals to be announced. They now have the financing, sales force, GTE tract record, and capable management team in place to move forward with enthusiasm.

Sounds good, except as top management figure out the company they leave (some of them were actually industry-qualified) and your figure for USWDA's cost of the box is low by about a factor of five. (Where did you get this number?)

Also, what about their $18 million of accrued liabilities and the voluminous invetories of POS-50 units sitting in a warehouse unsold and not written down. Will their past sink their future?

Also, if anyone thinks Liviakas is such a good influence, why is the SEC investigating, and considering banning this type of hype-artist from the U.S. stock markets?

Technology moves fast and if you don't start SEEING U.S. Wireless widgets in the market soon, time will have passed USWDA by for the SECOND time.

And finally, if all these "big names" are aboard can you "Show me the money?" What? You can't? Hmmm. With their murky history and the hypist aboard, it makes one think. . .maybe these paper agreements are only that. Useless paper.
