I already used the same argument during a licensing suit with Microsoft earlier this year. Bill managed to get the legal definition of 'person' revised to mean 'any creature that can use a mouse'.

Carlos is suggesting that I simply threaten the judge. Does this often work?

Carlos has filed the necessary paperwork so that this type of behavior is copyrighted, and only allowable on this thread. Is there anything that I am missing? I've never had a copyright infringement before. Do I need to bribe a judge or something?
